• Manage multiple projects concurrently ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining high standards of quality and creativity.
  
• Pursue further education through relevant courses workshops or selfdirected learning to stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
  
• Serve as a mentor to student interns or junior team members providing guidance feedback and support to help them grow as creative professionals.
