ELECTRICAL DESIGN ENGINEER MANAGER

Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Electrical Design Engineer to join our team in the electrical switchgear industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background in ITI Diploma Engineering or related fields proficiency in AutoCAD EPLAN and Microsoft Office applications with specific experience in preparing detailed drawings and documents for low medium and high voltage panels.

Key Responsibilities:

• GA Drawings: Prepare General Arrangement (GA) drawings for various types of low medium and high voltage panels.
  
• Schematic Drawings: Create schematic drawings and diagrams for electrical panels based on project requirements.
  
• Bill of Materials (BOM): Develop comprehensive BOMs detailing all necessary components for panel manufacturing.
  
• AsBuilt Drawings: Update and maintain accurate asbuilt drawings reflecting any changes made during the manufacturing or installation process.
  
• Value Addition: Identify and propose valueadded features or improvements to enhance panel performance and functionality.
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Education: ITI Diploma Engineering degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  
• Software Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD EPLAN and Microsoft Office suite (Excel Word Outlook PowerPoint).
  
• Industry Experience: Proven experience in the electrical switchgear industry specifically in panel manufacturing and design.
  
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of electrical design principles panel layouts and wiring diagrams.
  
• Attention to Detail: Ability to create accurate and detailed technical drawings and documents.
  
• ProblemSolving Ability: Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve design issues effectively.
