Construction Manager

• Supervise and manage construction projects from start to finish.
  
• Examine the project in detail to plan deliverables and determine budget.
  
• Oversee all construction projects both on and off site to ensure adherence with building and safety regulations.
  
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors and construction workers.
  
• Choose materials equipment and tools while maintaining track inventory.
  
• Fulfill the performance requirements outlined in the contract.
  
• Conduct a daily review of the work progress.
  
• Prepare job status reports for internal and external use.
  
• Manage plan in advance to avoid issues and address any that may arise.
  
• Draft contracts negotiate terms of agreements and obtain licenses and permits.
  
• Conduct risk factors manage risks and mitigate them to ensure smooth construction process.
  
• Make sure that appropriate construction techniques are used and that quality standards are met.
  
• Decide which kinds of tools to use for the construction and keep track of the tool inventory.
  
• Maintain daily logs of employee and monitor each employee s conduct
  
• To determine the budget and deliverables by conducting a thorough analysis of the project.
  
• Establish requirements of construction by working closely with Engineers and Architects.
  
• Obtain licenses and permits for the project by coordinating with the local authorities.
  
• Ensure to prepare reports on the project.
  

Requirements

• A Bachelor s Degree / Bachelor of Science in construction management architecture engineering or any related field.
  
• Minimum of 5 years proven working experience of construction site management
  
• Advanced understanding of the tools techniques and processes of construction management.
  
• Proficiency in building materials construction specifics and pertinent laws rules and quality standards.
  
• Comprehension of every facet involved in the construction process.
  
• Proficient in MS Office Excel Office Projects and CCS and understanding of construction management software packages.
  
• Excellent time and project management skills with standout organizational negotiation and problemsolving skills.
  
• Strong leadership and human resources management skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff.
  
• Competent in conflict and crisis management with a proven ability to resolve conflicts between project members and staff.
  
• Capable of planning and create big picture vision.
