Financial Manager

Job Description :
The key responsibilities of this position are to maintain financial control of the day-to-day operations within Finance Services including the provision of procurement support; as well as maintaining and updating accounting procedures and delegations, preparing monthly reconciliations and assisting in the preparation of the annual financial statements.

Responsibilities :
1. Prepare monthly financial accounting reports according to monthly financial cycle
2. Check and verify supporting documents, including coding, authorization level, validity, and sufficiency
3. Prepare payroll for local staff and consultants and provide relevant data to Regional HR Manager in regards to payrolls
4. Overseeing the year-end procedure, and ensure that all financial returns are completed accurately and to the required timescale
5. Coordinate during internal and external audit

Qualification :
1. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or any related field
2. A minimum of 4 years of experience in a related field
3. Proven experience in finance management.
