Job Description
Participate in hiring and training sales executives,
Organise and oversee the schedules, territories, and performance of sales executives.
Conduct performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
Handle discipline of employees in accordance with company policy.
Provide leadership to the sales team.
Meet planned sales goals.
Train the new team members in scanning their districts, sales training, account management, collections & data entry on google sheets and CRM.
Set individual sales targets with the sales team.
