Job Description
- Oversee the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Manage and supervise the finance and accounting department and ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Analyse financial data and provide regular reports to senior management on the company's financial performance
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives
- Manage relationships with external auditors, bankers, and other financial institutions
- Ensure timely and accurate tax filings and compliance with all tax laws and regulations
