Responsibilities
- Receive, download, store, issue, and track documents using electronic document management system (EDMS) under department procedures
- Produce logs, transmittals, and other reports as required
- Manage and maintain the document control system and databases
- Ensure timely and accurate distribution of project documentation to relevant stakeholders
- Track and monitor document revisions and maintain version control
- Coordinate with project teams to collect and organize project-related documents
- Assist in the preparation of project reports and documentation
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with document control procedures and standards
- Provide training and support to project team members on document control processes
Requirements
- 10+ years' proven experience in office administration
- 8+ years' experience in document control
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in large corporate departments preferred
Knowledge
- Strong knowledge of electronic document management systems including Aconex and SharePoint
- Strong knowledge of document numbering and indexing systems
- High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
- High proficiency in Adobe Acrobat Professional
Skills
- Proficiency in English (required)
- Proficiency in Arabic preferred
- Proficient in document control software and tools
- Strong knowledge of document control procedures and standards
