Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop job descriptions and specifications
  • Utilize various sourcing methods to attract qualified candidates, including job boards, social media, and networking
  • Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including making job offers and negotiating compensation
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws throughout the recruitment and onboarding process
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment metrics and reports
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and attracting top talent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and influencing abilities
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred
  • Experience in hiring in the Saudi market, with a strong knowledge of the local market and talent landscape
