Responsibilities—what you'll do:
- Develop and implement creative recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to source candidates effectively.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience, maintaining clear and consistent communication throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and requirements.
- Maintain a high degree of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Utilize analytical skills to assess recruitment metrics and improve processes.
- Stay abreast of trends and developments in recruitment practices and technologies.
- Manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously, demonstrating excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Exhibit a high level of comprehension in understanding complex job requirements and organizational needs.
- Display resilience and adaptability in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company's values and mission in all recruitment activities.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource, or related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- High comprehension level, with the ability to quickly understand and assimilate new information.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passionate about delivering high-quality results and exceeding expectations.
