Job Description

TASQ Staffing Solutions is currently seeking an HR Manager for a position in Pasig.

Essential Qualifications: To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the competencies (minimum knowledge skill and ability) required. Education/Certification:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology or a related field required. Masters degree preferred.

Experience Required:

  • 810 years of experience in an HR role including at least 3 years of supervisory experience.
  • BPO industry experience preferred.

Job Summary: (Overall purpose and objective of the job)

The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing various HR functions including planning development implementation and administration of HR programs. The role involves integrating these programs with corporate strategies to achieve operational objectives. Key responsibilities include implementing and monitoring HR policies and programs related to recruitment training and development performance management compensation benefits and employee relations. The HR Managers role is to create a positive workplace environment that aligns with corporate needs promotes employee goodwill and supports broader business objectives. They serve as a perceptive liaison connecting with employees at all levels to ensure equitable practices and foster diversity. The ideal candidate is a resultsoriented leader who excels in managing diverse relationships throughout the company while effectively balancing multiple priorities.

  • Administer overall HR functions including payroll employee records legal compliance and benefits administration.
  • Oversee the planning implementation and evaluation of HR policies programs and practices.
  • Enhance employee relations and align HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Lead performance reviews talent acquisition and career development processes.
  • Implement effective manpower planning and leadership development strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to employment laws provide consultative guidance on HR processes and manage documentation audits.
  • Advise management on personnel practices and compliance issues.
  • Manage attrition and enhance employee engagement.
  • Partner with business leaders to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
  • Anticipate longterm HR needs and trends.
  • Provide strategic counsel on organizational structure and workforce planning.
  • Handle grievances disciplinary procedures and dispute resolutions.
  • Facilitate open communication between employees and management to foster a cooperative work environment.
  • Coordinate health and benefits plans including enrollments changes and terminations.
  • Ensure accurate recordkeeping and compliance with related regulations.
  • Perform all other duties and projects as assigned by a supervisor or manager.

This position provides leadership and supervisory oversight to junior HR team members.
