About the Role:
We are a Sydneybased Salesforce Summit Partner delivering exciting projects for our customers in Australia across the whole Salesforce platform: Sales Service Field Service Financial Services Health CPQ Experience Cloud MuleSoft OmniStudio etc.
We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to assist with the smooth running of larger programs and portfolios of work participating in and running daily meetings and workshops assisting with business analysis activities as well as potentially acting as a project manager on smaller projects whilst being mentored by our existing team.
Working with and supporting a team of highlyskilled experts you will be exposed to a variety of challenging projects across multiple sectors assisting our team in delivering innovative Salesforce solutions that help clients solve real business problems.
Job Responsibilities:
- A variety of project administration duties including project scheduling (e.g. Gantt Charts Jira or Trello) project tracking and following up on project documentation.
- Providing administrative support to the Head of Operations and project team as required.
- Organising and running project meetings including scheduling recording and taking meeting minutes and following up on action items.
- Assisting in defining the project plan activities milestones and resource requirements.
- Maintaining the project / resource schedules.
- Preparing and providing status reports.
- Assisting with identifying scope changes and drafting change requests.
- Using internal communication tools to provide visibility on current activities challenges and milestones
Requirements
Skills & Experience:
- 14 years relevant work experience in a similar role.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem solving skills with the ability to work independently using collaborative webbased tools.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Ability to understand business processes
- Ability to work in fastpaced environment
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies.
- An understanding of Agile and Scrum.
Bonus points if:
- You have any prior Salesforce / CRM knowledge
- Previous experience of working in an Agile environment
- Experience in or with Professional Services companies

- Work Schedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (AEDT) 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (PH Time)
