Job Description
Position Title: Finance Manager/Analyst
Work Setup: Hybrid
Salary: Php 30000.00 Php 40000.00
Schedule: Monday Friday 7:00 AM 11:00 AM PH Time NSW Holidays
Our client provides fractional CFO services and bookkeeping to small to medium business owners. They help clients understand their financial data optimize operations and create strategies for sustainable profitability and growth. JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A FINANCE MANAGER/ANALYST
Responsibilities as a Finance Manager/Analyst:
Prepare and present accurate financial reports to assist the CFO in advising clients. Ensure timely monthend and yearend close processes including review of profit and loss results and cash flow analysis.
Collaborate with the CFO to develop clientspecific budgets forecasts and financial models. Provide insights to optimise financial performance and support strategic decisionmaking for clients.
Work directly with the CFO to support client advisory projects offering detailed financial analysis and recommendations. Prepare deliverables that align with client goals including financial health assessments KPI dashboards and tailored financial strategies.
Identify and implement process improvements within the finance function to enhance the accuracy timeliness and efficiency of financial operations. This includes automating reporting systems and streamlining financial workflows for clients.
Conduct initial financial assessments for new clients including reviewing historical financial data identifying key financial trends and assessing overall financial health.
Ensure all financial systems and software support operations. Collaborate with CFO with assisting in preparing financial proposals
Deliverables:
Monthly and quarterly financial reports for each client.
Detailed variance analysis and action plans to address financial discrepancies.
Annual budget and forecast updates for client review.
Monthly Cashflow forecasting and assumption documentation
Monthly CFO meeting agenda s
System Knowledge:
Xero (required)
Advanced Microsoft Excel (required)
Fathom (preferred)
QuickBooks (preferred)
Canva (preferred)
Click up (preferred)
Qualifications as a Finance Manager/Analyst:
Bachelor s degree in finance Accounting Economics or a related field.
35 years of comprehensive experience in financial manager or analysis role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to present financial data to nonfinancial audiences.
Strong proficiency in reporting and forecasting
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
