Position Title: Mortgage Broker Virtual Assistant
Work Setup: Work Onsite
Salary: Php 40000.00 Php 45000.00
Schedule: Monday Friday 6:00 AM 3:00 PM PH Time (Subject to change during DST)

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A MORTGAGE BROKER VIRTUAL ASSISTANT
Responsibilities as a Mortgage Broker Virtual Assistant:
Preparing servicing calculations calculating funds required for settlement understanding the construction of loans compliance documents understanding banking policy and requirements.
Pricing packaging application for online submission to banks and apply online system.
Put together loan applications ready for submission to the bank this includes detailed loan servicing calculations.
Endtoend processing for all loans until settlement.
Liaise with customers via phone or email to collect details and documents for loan assessment.
Liaise with stakeholders (e.g. Banks Lenders Key Stakeholders such as the business manager and director)
Respond to all enquiries professionally accurately and in a timely manner.
Provide relevant stakeholders as appropriate with timely and periodic updates
regarding loan applications by email and other accessible means of communication.
Working with mortgage management systems
Provide support with other administrative function.
Be a point of contact for loan enquiries both online and over the phone.
Provide lending support as required including assisting clients gathering renewal information application process.
Qualifications as a Mortgage Broker Virtual Assistant:
Bachelor s Degree in Marketing Business Administration or relevant discipline.
Any 4year course or degree with proven 2 years experience as Mortgage Broker Virtual assistant.
A minimum of 23 years proven experience in the banking or mortgage broking industry
Strong numerical and analytical skills
Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Excellent computer skills particularly in Excel and the whole MS Office suite
Have a high standard of customer service.
Strong attention to detail and high accuracy
A positive enthusiastic team player mentality with a strong work ethic
A proactive "gogetter" attitude capable of thriving in a fastpaced environment meeting tight deadlines and working well under pressure
Familiarity with current technologies like desktop sharing cloud services and VoIP
Experience with wordprocessing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office)
Experience using MY CRM
Other Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain customer spreadsheets and online records
Send birthday emails to clients to enhance customer engagement
Organize and manage the managers calendar including scheduling meetings and maintaining the diary
Communicate with clients to address any conditions that need to be met before proceeding to the unconditional stage
Provide toplevel executives with highquality administrative and clerical assistance
Conduct market research and communicate with clients to ensure any necessary conditions are addressed before moving to the unconditional stage
