Technical Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with business goals.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration and driving project success.
• Proactively identify and manage project risks, implementing effective mitigation plans to minimize impact.
• Monitor project progress, identify and address roadblocks, and ensure projects stay on track for on-time and within-budget delivery.
• Translate technical requirements into clear and actionable steps for development teams.
• Provide ongoing communication to clients, informing them of project progress, potential issues, and key decisions.
• Ensure all project deliverables meet the highest quality standards established by the company and the client.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in technical project management, preferably within the software development industry.
• We have a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.
• In-depth understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies.
• Solid foundation in project management methodologies (Agile, etc.).
• Strong technical knowledge, including experience with relevant programming languages, frameworks, and development tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders (clients, developers, designers, etc.).
