Customer Service Representative

Location: Englewood Cliffs NJ

Type: 1 year contract on W2

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• 1 year experience in customer service

DESIRED CHARACTERISTICS:

• Bachelors degree in related field
• 1 year experience on phone support
• Excellent attention to detail
• Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal High level of professional customer service
• Solid sales aptitude with ability to excel at consumerdirect sales including the ability to adapt depending on the consumers needs and wants
• Capable of thriving in a highpressure teamoriented and fastpaced environment with the ability to persevere and maintain a positive attitude
• Exceptional attendance reliable and punctual with ability to adhere to established break/lunch times
• Ability to accommodate schedule and activity/priority changes on short notice
• Tech savvy

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers through various channels including inbound/outbound calls email and click to chat
• Foster good working relationships with internal and external partners through honesty and integrity
• Continue to be wellversed in all products and relevant information in order to effectively present and discuss all products and services offered
• Perform other duties as assigned
