Job Overview: As a Call Center Representative you will be the first point of contact for customers providing them with exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include handling inbound and outbound calls resolving customer inquiries processing orders and providing information about products or services. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator detailoriented and passionate about helping others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries complaints and issues with a positive and solutionoriented approach.
- Process orders returns and exchanges following company procedures.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting issues providing stepbystep instructions as needed.
- Document all customer interactions in the company’s CRM system.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics including call handling time customer satisfaction and firstcall resolution rates.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay updated on company offerings and customer service best practices.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures ensuring a consistent and highquality customer experience.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
