Type: 1 year contract on W2
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- 1 year experience in customer service

- Bachelors degree in related field
- 1 year experience on phone support
- Excellent attention to detail
- Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal High level of professional customer service
- Solid sales aptitude with ability to excel at consumerdirect sales including the ability to adapt depending on the consumers needs and wants
- Capable of thriving in a highpressure teamoriented and fastpaced environment with the ability to persevere and maintain a positive attitude
- Exceptional attendance reliable and punctual with ability to adhere to established break/lunch times
- Ability to accommodate schedule and activity/priority changes on short notice
- Tech savvy
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers through various channels including inbound/outbound calls email and click to chat
- Foster good working relationships with internal and external partners through honesty and integrity
- Continue to be wellversed in all products and relevant information in order to effectively present and discuss all products and services offered
