Job Description
Our client is a global family of more than 30 trusted dental brands united by a shared purpose: to partner with professionals to improve lives. They help their customers deliver the best possible patient care through industryleading dental consumables solutions technology and services. Their comprehensive portfolio including dental implants and treatment options orthodontics and digital imaging technologies covers an estimated 90% of dentists clinical needs for diagnosing treating and preventing dental conditions as well as improving the aesthetics of the human smile.
Identifies researches and resolves technical problems. Responds to telephone calls email and personnel requests for technical support. Documents tracks and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution. Manages and deploys internal end user technologies (e.g. SharePoint).
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows iOS and Android Operating systems
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite Google AppsVoIP
- Basic server room knowledge
- Fluent German and English
- Time management skills
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
- Ability to build & manage strong working relationships with end users
- Ability to deliver at a high level even when under pressure when working both independently and also as part of a team
- Friendliness teamplayer skills
- Good negotiation and training skills
- Ability to translate business needs into IT terms
