Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Engagement: Lead and motivate a team of conversion associates to engage potential clients through telesales promoting our Retail FX & CFDs products.
• CustomerCentric Approach: Oversee customer inquiries provide information and address concerns ensuring a positive and seamless customer experience.
• Onboarding Expertise: Guide clients through the account opening process facilitating a smooth onboarding journey.
• Collaborative Conversion: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to implement strategies for client conversion and retention.
• Industry Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends market changes and our products to better assist clients and drive successful conversions.

Requirements:

• Educational Background: Bachelors degree in any related field is a must!
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in both English and Hindi.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 year of experience in managing a telesales team in the FX & CFDs industry is a MUST!
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• ResultsDriven: A resultsoriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding conversion targets.
• Communication Excellence: Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

Additional Information

• The role is based in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia. Candidates must be willing to relocate.
