Job Description

Working Arrangement: Hybrid

  • Develop GotoMarket Strategy: Leverage the companys key USPs to formulate and execute strategies that address market demand and competitive dynamics.
  • Sales Management: Drive sales efforts with potential customers and maintain followup with existing prospects.
  • Strategic Account Development: Build and nurture relationships for strategic accounts and key market segments.
  • Customer Database Growth: Expand the Commercial and Industrial (C&I) customer database to achieve sustainable profitability and enhance Solar PV and nonsolar project opportunities.
  • Geographic Focus: Concentrate on all regions across Malaysia.
  • Sales Pitch Preparation: Create and deliver compelling sales pitches for the C&I segment emphasizing environmental stewardship commitments.
  • Client Base Maintenance: Sustain relationships with existing C&I clients while identifying and pursuing new sales leads.
  • Regulatory Awareness: Stay informed about new policies and regulations related to renewable energy.
  • Project Support: Contribute to existing and future utilityscale IPP projects.
  • Communication: Manage external client communications and internal interactions within the company
  • Additional Duties: Be prepared to undertake various responsibilities outside the usual scope of work as needed.
  • Travel and Relocation: Expect significant travel and potential relocation within the region.

Requirements

  • Experience in the cooling industry.
  • Knowledge of sustainability concepts applicable to diverse industries
  • Strong understanding of renewable energy policies and regulations.
