About the Company

Our client is a wellestablished public listed property developer that also diversified into other complementary businesses and joint ventures.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the finance function including accounting / finance operations financial reporting taxation and treasury operations.
• Lead and prepare the yearly budget and forecast.
• Review the full set of monthly management accounts including tax schedules and Feasibilities Studies.
• Provide effective and concise analysis of the financial position of the Company to make recommendations to the management.
• Evaluate current accounting or tax practices and drive improvement as and when required.
• Report and highlight on any noncompliance of procedures or anomalies.
• Liaise with external auditor tax agent solicitors bankers company secretary and other professionals.
• To perform any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Full or partial professional qualification in Accounting.
• At least 78 years relevant working experience with Property Development Industry background.
• Good technical knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations.
• Ability to work in a team and a good sense of responsibility.
• Analytical resourceful organized meticulous responsible excellent problem solving skills and committed to meeting deadlines.
• Good in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint.
