Presales Engineer

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated PreSales Engineer with expertise in electronic and instrumental technology particularly in hydrogen gas applications. In this role you will play a crucial part in the sales process by providing technical expertise and support to our customers and sales team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of electronic systems instrumentation and hydrogen gas technology coupled with excellent communication skills and a customerfocused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and objectives.
• Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to showcase our electronic and hydrogen gas solutions effectively.
• Analyze customer needs and propose tailored technical solutions to meet their specific requirements.
• Assist in the preparation of technical proposals quotations and responses to RFIs/RFPs.
• Provide technical expertise and support throughout the sales cycle including solution design configuration and validation.
• Build strong relationships with key technical stakeholders within customer organizations.
• Stay updated on industry trends market dynamics and competitive landscape related to electronic and hydrogen gas technologies.
• Act as a bridge between customers and internal product development teams to provide feedback and influence product enhancements based on customer needs.
