Requirements
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems.
- Familiarity with CAD software and other relevant engineering tools.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. Strategic thinking and the ability to drive long-term improvements.
