Troubleshooting: Address and resolve production issues as they arise minimizing downtime and ensuring continuous production flow.
Collaboration: Work with crossfunctional teams including design maintenance and quality assurance to improve production processes and address issues.
Data Analysis: Collect and analyze production data to identify trends bottlenecks and areas for improvement. Use datadriven insights to recommend and implement changes.
Cost Reduction: Identify opportunities to reduce production costs through process optimization waste reduction and efficient resource utilization.
Safety Compliance: Ensure that all production activities comply with health safety and environmental regulations. Promote a culture of safety within the production team.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production processes modifications and improvements for future reference and auditing purposes.
Training: Assist in training production staff on new equipment processes and safety protocols.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering Industrial Engineering or a related field.
Experience: 25 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
Technical Skills:- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems.
- Familiarity with CAD software and other relevant engineering tools.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.
