Job Description
Role & Responsibilities:
To ensure NDR cases are addressed by reaching out to customers via Phone or email for alternate instructions / Revised details
To ensure On time delivery as per date selected by customer for IGP LR & Corporate orders. Delivering orders On Time In Full (OTIF) i.e. ensuring couriers do not damage the orders and do not share false updates for undelivered
To follow up with the warehouses for Detractor cases in the CFR report pertaining to courier faults like undelivered orders damaged orders and taking necessary actions as per the
Maintaining the daily delivery SLA with prompt closure on the pending cases on same day
Reducing RTO %
Closing all RTO cases within 1 week of RTO delivery to warehouses with or without refund to customer basis personalized or nonpersonalized
Maintaining order status in sync with the actual statuses from Clickpost
