Qualification – B. Tech. (Electronics/ Telecom) or an equivalent recognised diploma in IT / Telecom

engineering

Build new business at offshore

Role & Responsibilities:

The role is responsible for achieving the delivery KPI revenue targets for the vertical by effectively

handling Key accounts and taking care of their entire range of telecom requirements.

The role is responsible for managing end to end RFP from customer existing/new accounts

coordinating first kickoff meetings reviewing customer requirements identifying Company

capabilities for designing solutions ensuring preparation of RFS and project takeoff.

Further the role handles daytoday customer management operations provides timely resolution

for customer issues and complaints within TAT ensure longterm relations ensuring customer delight

The role is required to regularly interface with the client and take account of any changes in

customer needs. The role is responsible for practicing effective relationship management especially

for clients requiring data solutions to nurture associations.

Responsible to generate repeat business new business increase account penetration work closely

with Regional Business Manager from client end

Key Skills:

IT relevant technologies & Telecom business domain knowledge

Good understanding of Telecom business & operating processes across verticals

Indepth understanding/knowledge of cuttingedge sales and CRM concepts across segments

Indepth understanding/knowledge of customer business processes deliverables competitors

expansion plans for the vertical
