Strategy Head

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Education Strategist to join our team. As an Education Strategist you will play a pivotal role in shaping our educational initiatives and programs. You will collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to develop strategies that enhance educational outcomes and drive organizational growth. This role requires a deep understanding of educational trends instructional design and a passion for making a positive impact in the education sector.

• Lead the development and implementation of educational strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify emerging trends and best practices in education.
• Collaborate with curriculum developers educators and instructional designers to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
• Provide guidance and support to stakeholders on educational policies standards and procedures.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs through data analysis and feedback mechanisms.
• Stay informed about advancements in educational technology and incorporate them into strategy development.
• Foster partnerships with external organizations and stakeholders to enhance educational opportunities and resources.

Requirements:

• Masters degree in Education Educational Leadership or a related field (Ph.D. preferred).
• Proven experience as an Education Strategist Educational Consultant or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles curriculum development and educational research methodologies.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and strategic thinking.
• Passion for improving educational outcomes and addressing challenges in the education sector.
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in educational policy development or advocacy.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
• Previous experience in designing professional development programs for educators.
• Track record of successful grant writing or fundraising for educational initiatives.
