Job Description
As a PreSales Trainee in our software company you will support the presales team in understanding client needs and helping to craft software solutions that meet their requirements. This role is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in software sales where you will gain valuable experience in technical sales processes and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying client needs and gathering technical requirements.
- Support the preparation of technical proposals presentations and product demonstrations.
- Work closely with the sales and technical teams to tailor software solutions for clients.
- Participate in client meetings providing technical insights and answering queries.
- Help maintain and update presales documentation such as case studies and product specifications.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Basic understanding of software products and technology concepts. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Eagerness to learn and grow in the software industry.
