Network Operations
1) The candidate will be supporting the Production Network Operations of INFINET Network
2) Monitor track fix and report the health status of INFINET Network
3) Escalation point for all P1 level of issues

1) Manage day to day Network Operations and ensure high Network uptime.
2) Identify gaps in existing Network and security solutions and take corrective actions.
3) Develop and enforce engineering and operational processes and procedures in accordance with product offering SLAs and policies.
4) Revisit on existing SOPs and bring continous improvement.
5) Need to monitor & drive team performance.
6) Impart trainings to operational team periodically on new Solutions and Technologies.
7) Continual Service Improvement efforts by continuously optimizing performance stability and capacity for the Network and services.
8) Up keep of Monitoring tools and ensure reports are published to Management and Cusctomers.
8) Responsible for budgeting and giving forecasting for all network and seucurity infrastructure services.
9) Develop successful relationships with the client team members partners and customers.
10) Prepare HLD & LLD generate configuration template for network changes and hardening of Network devices.
11) Responsible for OEM evaluations selection and conduct POCs with Vendors.
12) Prepare RPF / RFQ and maintain related documentation.
13) Responsible for Network architecture design implementation of large Enterprise and Cloud network.
14) Work on projects as assigned must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements
B.E/ B.Tech M.Tech/MCA (Computer/IT)/B.Sc (Computers)
1) 9 plus years of experience over working on large complex Enterprise class Networks or B.Sc (Computers) with 10 plus years of working
experience on large complex enterprise network Mandatory
2) Must have handson experience in Routing protocols like MPLS (traffic engineering L2/L3 VPN) BGP4/MPBGP ISIS OSPF/OSPFv3
EIGRP RSVP RSVP LDP VXLAN Network Access Control 802.1x VPN. Mandatory.
3) Experiece on SDWAN Mandatory
4) Experience in Software Defined Network (SDN) Mandatory
5) Atleast 35 years of experience in leading a NOC of L1/L2/L3 Engineers. Mandatory
6) Extensive experience leading and managing complex internetworking solutions from design to implementation. Mandatory
7) Experience of multivendor / multiservice IP networks multivendor equipment and network protocols. Mandatory
8) Experience in Video Conferencing Equipment Management and Operations. Desirable.
9) Experience in Fiber deployment including its active components Desirable
10) Experience in Security devices Added advantage.
11) Experience in dealing with banks / financial institutions /NBFCs Added advantage

1) Indepth knowledge in Software Defined Networks (SDN) & SDWAN Mandatory
