Contract Administration:
o Extend support in submission of commercial bid after detailed evaluation by way
Risk Analysis identify risks plan mitigation and provide contingencies during
contract execution especially with respect to contractual matters relating to Client and
other agencies involved in project execution.
o Assess submit details negotiate and finalize matters relating to Contract Variation
with Clients as well as the extra claims of partners/associates and major suppliers/
contractors including matters relating to dispute/arbitration.
o Follow up with Client on Contract details and confirm every aspect decided. Drafting
Contract agreement and signing.
Project Management:
o Post Bid convert Letter of Award to a detailed agreement and initiate execution of
project.
o During execution monitor risks particularly Financial Risks and mitigate. Also
monitor cost control with sanctioned capital budget and settle contract variations with
respect to the client and other contracting agencies.
o Continuously progress of project and keep check on supplies and site works and
identify areas of concern/drop in target set and take suitable corrective step at
appropriate time so as to arrest failures as well make up for delay
o Closing Contract reconciliation of projects.
Drafting agreement contract for MOU JV and/or any other Consortium etc.
