Job Description

Job Profile :

To develop and drive strategic business plans to achieve company revenue targets.

To draw up an Annual Sales & Marketing Plan for the Organisation.

To tap potential Consultants in the market and on the basis of revenue and annual turnover initiate association discussions and actualize conversions.

To maximize revenue for units with targeted focus across all business segments & key medical specialties.

To ensure sales targets set by the units as per Business Plans and Budget are met and reviewed in a routine manner.

To drive the referral team and referral program to build comprehensive doctor / physician base and Referral Business program as per the Business Plan. To develop innovative referral programs to overcome incentive based programs adopted by competition.

To draw marketing spend budgets in consultation with all unit managers and Chief Operating Officer and monitoring it.

Help billing team to keep DSO under control by active participation of marketing team in recoveries.

All diagnostics including laboratory and radiology services marketing and higher revenue growth will be one of the key deliverables.

To build and focus on medical marketing programs to establish and project key specialties.

To continuously explore and advice on emerging markets trends business potential & cutting edge technology and revolutionary products.

To prepare and achieve sales targets as per Business Plan.

To develop an incentive plan for the team to drive sales.

To maintain business continuity with existing and potential Corporates clients & vendors.

To monitor the business of competitors in the market and work towards exploring pricing opportunities periodically.

To provide an overview of the market scenario to the Chief Operating Officer. To track market trends and suggest ways and means to stay on top of the competition.

To build and develop Marketing & Sales force across units in line with the organization goals & standards drive and motivate them to excel in performance and ensure they deliver as per the target timelines.

To work closely with PR agency to ensure we have robust PR plan for all units.

To develop International Patient Business plan with specific focus on business plan marketing program and develop desired attention thru internal resource deployment.

To ensure business vertical delivers overall budget with desired support from all support functions. Build overall SOP for the department in conjunction with the Chief Operating Officer.

To conduct market surveys from time to time.

To build robust MIS system & internal sales & marketing reporting system for critical review of business performance.
