Required skills:
- ServiceNow Platform Knowledge Knowledge of CMDB ITSM ITOM ITAM and SPM
- Indepth understanding of ServiceNow Data Architecture
- IntegrationExperience in ServiceNow Data integration techniques including RESTful API Web Services JDBC MID Server data Import sets and designing Transformation Maps for data load from different sources. Knowledge of Integration tools like ServiceNow Integration Hub SailPoint and MuleSoft.
- Data Modelling Design and implement data models within ServiceNow. Knowledge of best practices for data modelling to ensure scalability performance and Maintenance of complex data structures.
- Reporting and Analytics Ability to design complex Reports/Dashboards across Platform workstreams. Efficient in ServiceNow Platform reporting tools like Performance Analytics Reporting and ServiceNow native reporting Engine.
- Data GovernanceManage Service4Now Data Management projects. Provide directions to junior team members.
- ITIL Framework knowledge Understanding of ITIL principles and how they are implemented in ServiceNow.
- Communication and Stakeholder Management Strong communication skills to communicate with both Executive management peers and junior members of the team. Willingness to teach junior members and bring them up to speed on ServiceNow Data maintenance.
