Job Description

About Your New Employer

Our client a globalscale Australian gold producer with projects located in the Goldfields Western Australia is looking for an experienced Processing Trainer to join their team. The position offers an 8/6 roster with FIFO from Perth for an immediate start.

The Opportunity

The primary responsibility of the Processing Trainer is to deliver training and development programs to staff members and contractors within the Processing Department.

The Role Specifics

This role is being offered as an 8/6 FIFO roster from Perth to the Goldfields for Experienced Processing Trainers.

  • Ability to adapt to new procedures and practices effectively
  • Review and provide onsite training for staff members
  • Manage training matrix data
  • Develop training materials as needed to ensure compliance
  • Coordinate and conduct training sessions following training standards and sitespecific plans
  • Conduct field observations to assess the performance of operational procedures
  • Proficient in operating different mobile plant and equipment
  • Establish and maintain the InTuition training management system to uphold accurate training records
  • Possess proven experience in a mining production training role


Requirements

The Goods That You Bring
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE
  • Extensive experience in mining processing with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience
  • Senior First Aid Certificate (Minimum requirement)
  • Valid "C" Class Western Australian Drivers Licence
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Power Point and InTuition (would be advantageous)
  • Familiarity with the Mines Safety and Inspection Act & Regulations
  • Demonstrate ability to maintain or exceed best industry practice in all environmental tasks
  • Flexibility to adapt to improved procedures and practices
  • Excellent communication skills
