Managing Direktor mfd 100 Canton Zug

For our client an independent Swiss Asset Management Company with a FINMA license in the canton Zug we are looking for:

Managing Direktor (m/f/d) 100%

Tasks

Overall Company Management:

• Lead corporate governance and core business processes.
• Manage HR IT and support marketing activities.
• Oversee external services (accounting legal etc.).

Compliance & Regulatory Oversight:

• Ensure adherence to FinMA regulations (AML/KYC crossborder etc.).
• Develop and implement compliance policies and training.

Partner Bank Relations:

• Manage relationships with banks and secure favorable client terms.
• Actively participate in client onboarding with partner banks.
• Act as a relationship manager for key clients (when needed).

Requirements

• University degree
• Proven experience in a Swiss bank
• Understanding of internal bank processes and compliance procedures
• Demonstrated administrative experience
• Welldeveloped HR and strong leadership skills
• Fluency in Russian and English; good proficiency in German
• Cpermit or Swiss citizenship
