What awaits you:

• You will be leading a small team (23) while still actively engaging in the daily business.
• On a day to day basis you will join the team in investigating technical anomalies escalated by 2nd level support.
• Together with the team you will act as the single point of contact between the teams supporting customers and the technical departments.
• For technical matters such as inquiries around the bexio API the 3rd level team facilitates the communication with customers.

• Troubleshooting complex technical problems is not only an ability but rather a passion of yours.

• The technical stack around LINUX GIT MySQL PHP and/or Java is not new to you.
