Pro-actively engage in client pitches to fast-track growth of MIK spend vs cash.
Manage the client marketing programs and funds from planning to execution and ensure a seamless marketing in kind process implementation
Deliver marketing insights & data capabilities to drive deep partnerships with clients including research, studies and best practice benchmarking through the Visa marketing community
Lead planning and delivery on Marketing VIK (Value-in-Kind) plans and targets by effectively partnering with external agency partners
Support the activation of global sponsorship and product platform initiatives with clients.
Establish strong partnerships with internal teams to assist in the delivery of marketing initiatives within the geographies.
Effectively manage all stakeholders responsible for the successful implementation of any activity including agencies, suppliers, merchants, clients, and others as appropriate.
Work cross-functionally to deliver E2E integrated VIK opportunities to clients (VCA, products).
Identify opportunities in the market through tracking of key payment trends, cardholder behaviour & insights, and evaluate them to create strategic recommendations for future business propositions
Scale MIK opportunities and best practices across markets and champion learning from other regions and/or markets to re-apply locally.
Review implementation of plans on an ongoing basis and provide guidance to external and internal stakeholders to ensure that KPIs are achieved
Manage the admin work and processes related to client contracting.
