Our client based in Cyprus is looking for German Speakers with experience in Online Customer Support (Chat or Email) who are either based or willing to move to Cyprus Relocation Package is included. Agents work only from MONDAY to FRIDAY
Tasks
- Communication with customers through live chat and emails.
- Maintain prompt and empathetic attitude towards customers.
- Acknowledge and resolve customers issues and queries.
- Keeping up to date with products terms offers and functions.
- Report and escalate advanced customer queries to the relevant departments.
- Perform firststep investigations on queries and issues.
- 3 shift based role (MondayFriday).
Requirements
- Previous experience in online customer support is a must
- Proficiency in both written and verbal English with excellent language skills.
- Proficiency in both written and verbal German with excellent language skills.
- Strong communication abilities enabling effective interaction and collaboration.
- Solid computer literacy and adept typing skills.
- Ability to perform effectively within a multitasking work environment.
