Skills/Experience required:
The proposed resource must have a minimum of five years of experience in working with the SuccessFactors PMGM module.
The proposed resource will also need to have completed at least two successful full lifecycles SuccessFactors PMGM implementations and have provided maintenance support for at least two years preferably within a US Public Sector entity that has at least four labor unions.
The chosen implementation partner will work with the clients ERP and Human Resources staff to:
Analyze asis processes advise the client on best practices create new route map(s) and form template(s) complete a configuration workbook set up Rolebased permissions and train business administrators based on new requirements.
Work with the clients ERP staff to provide maintenance and troubleshooting support to the Attorneys Office Personnel and Human Resources Departments.
