Finance Manager

Job Overview: As the Finance Manager you will be responsible for managing financial operations including budgeting forecasting and reporting. You will utilize key software systems such as FAMOUS SAP and Oracle to streamline financial processes and drive datadriven decisionmaking. Your expertise in manufacturing finance will be crucial in optimizing financial performance and supporting strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Planning and Analysis: Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes analyzing financial performance and variances. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance financial outcomes and support strategic planning.
• System Management: Oversee the integration and utilization of FAMOUS SAP and Oracle financial systems. Ensure accurate data entry reporting and compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Reporting: Prepare and present detailed financial reports and analysis to senior management highlighting key trends risks and opportunities. Ensure timely and accurate financial statements and disclosures.
• Cost Management: Analyze manufacturing costs identify costsaving opportunities and implement strategies to improve cost efficiency. Monitor and control expenses to align with budgetary constraints.
• Financial Controls: Develop and maintain robust financial controls and procedures to ensure accuracy compliance and security of financial information.
• Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teams including manufacturing operations and IT to align financial strategies with business goals and operational needs.
• Audit and Compliance: Coordinate with external auditors and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies. Manage audit processes and address any issues or findings.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor the finance team providing guidance training and support to ensure high performance and professional development.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or a related field. CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance management with a strong background in manufacturing finance. Handson experience with FAMOUS SAP and Oracle financial systems is required.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in FAMOUS SAP and Oracle financial systems. Strong understanding of financial principles manufacturing cost structures and financial analysis.
• Analytical Abilities: Exceptional analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present financial information clearly to both financial and nonfinancial stakeholders.
• Leadership: Proven experience in managing and developing teams with a focus on driving performance and fostering a collaborative work environment.
