Director Of Electrical Engineering

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of clientfocused design strategies with electrical engineering leadership.
• Oversee the design process for projects ensuring innovative and cohesive solutions.
• Establish and enforce firmwide design processes and standards.
• Direct design presentations and ensure adherence to design processes throughout projects.
• Strengthen the firms market reputation through thought leadership and strategic differentiation.
• Contribute to practice goals strategies and budget frameworks.
• Collaborate on resource allocation and investment strategies.
• Foster a collaborative and respectful work environment.
• Lead recruitment retention and mentoring of design staff.
• Monitor and guide the design process firmwide shaping design narratives for marketing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 15 years of experience in Electrical Engineering Design.
• PE License required; Tennessee license preferred.
• Proven experience as a lead designer on diverse project scales.
• Strong knowledge of sustainable design and benchmarking.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (preferred) and Microsoft Office suite.
