Job Description

This is a remote position.

PHILIPPINEBASED (FILIPINO) Applicants Only!

IMPORTANT: Proven experience in Accounts Payable and General Ledger is preferred for this role.

An amazing opportunity exists to work with a Sustainable Energy company for an experienced vibrant and highenergy Virtual Assistant.

Reporting to the Finance Manager you will be responsible for supporting the accounts team with bookkeeping and accounts administration.

Candidates must have an incredible eye for detail and be efficient with data entry you will have an eye for detail and understand the importance of quality assurance within your role.

Responsibilities:
  • Daily reconciliation of clients accounts through receipt bank
  • Accounts management invoicing and receivables (excluding electricity revenue which is processed by the Billing Team)
  • Payroll admin and processing through Xero
  • Monthend Reconciliation
  • Process and prepare financial and business forms for the purpose of checking account balances
  • Perform routine calculations to produce analyses and reports
  • Collect and enter data for various financial spreadsheets
  • Review and audit financial statements and reports ensure all calculations and data entry is correct
  • Reconcile any discrepancies or errors identified by conversing with clients
  • Assist in creating financial reports on a regular basis
  • Creditor invoices approval data entry & payment (Weekly)
  • Enter creditor invoices into the job costing system and reconcile to Xero
  • Reconcile and enter all income journals (Monthly)
  • General Account EOM reconciliation.
  • Ensuring all Invoices are entered and account reconciliations have been completed (Monthly)
  • Preparation of General Account Reports Monthly (PNL) and Quarterly (GST)


Requirements

  • Bachelor s Degree
  • Qualified Bookkeeper ()
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience
  • Proven experience in Accounts Payable and General Ledger
  • Excellent communication skills written and verbal
  • Proactive problem solver highly organized and processoriented
  • Experience in the ff:
    • Xero MYOB and QuickBooks
  • Experience with an Australian/NZ client
  • Basic knowledge of Payroll BAS and GST ()
  • Experience in receivable processes
  • Great knowledge of Microsoft Outlook Word and Excel PowerPoint
  • Experience in data entry document creation and general admin within a Financial Services ()

Benefits

1. Monthly Salary: Php35000
2. Salary will be paid on a bimonthly basis on the 15th and 30th or 31st of each month
3. You will be paid extra for overtime and Philippines public holidays
4. Probation: 6 months and after Probation
10 days annual leave credits
5 days of sick leave
5. HMO offered after 6months probation
6. 13th Month Pay after 30 days
7. Laptop provided after 30 days
8. Permanent workfromhome role. You will have to use your own internet.
9. Annual Appraisal
10. SHIFT TIMES: 7:00am to 4:00pm Philippine time Monday to Friday
