Job Description

This is a remote position.

Monday Friday either 7AM4PM or 8AM 5PM pacific time with either 30 min or 1 hour unpaid break. 8 hours per day.
Potential flexible hours overtime as needed.



Job Description

As an SDR/BDR you ll be at the forefront of our client s growth strategy identifying and nurturing potential clients for our groundbreaking payment processing solutions. Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and reach out to potential leads introducing them to our innovative payment processing solutions
  • Qualify leads through initial conversations assessing their needs and potential fit with our services
  • Schedule and manage appointments for the sales team ensuring a steady flow of qualified prospects
  • Respond promptly and professionally to inbound inquiries providing initial information about our services
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system ensuring a wellorganized and uptodate sales pipeline
  • Support the sales team with various tasks including research data entry and presentation preparation
  • Collaborate with marketing to refine lead generation strategies and improve conversion rates
  • Stay informed about industry trends competitor offerings and our product developments to effectively communicate our value proposition
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and processes offering insights from your interactions with prospects

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales development business development or a related role preferably in a tech or fintech environment
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Basic understanding of payment processing or fintech industry with a keen interest in blockchain and cryptocurrency
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies
  • Selfmotivated with a hunter mentality and the resilience to thrive in a fastpaced startup environment
  • Excellent research skills to identify potential clients and gather relevant information
  • Ability to quickly grasp and articulate complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a related field preferred
  • Willingness to continuously learn and stay updated on the latest developments in web3 and cryptocurrency


Requirements

Experience with payment companies payment processors fintechs is preferred. Experience with startup companies also preferred.
