Job Description

This is a remote position.

Position Title: AR Specialist
Work Setup: Work From Home/Hybrid
Salary: Php 50000.00 Php 60000.00
Schedule: Monday Friday 9:00 PM 6:00 AM PH Time (sched may adjust as business requires/ as needed)

Our client is a technology company that specializes in creating 3D spatial data and virtual tours of realworld spaces. Their platform allows users to capture create and share immersive 3D models of homes commercial properties and other environments enhancing real estate marketing architecture and construction processes. By leveraging advanced imaging technology they enable businesses and individuals to visualize and interact with spaces in a more engaging way.

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR AN AR SPECIALIST

Responsibilities as an AR Specialist:

Oversee the entire AR process including tracking and managing incoming payments reconciling accounts and ensuring timely collections.
Generate and send invoices to clients ensuring accuracy and compliance with contract terms.
Assist in preparing financial statements by accurately recording AR transactions and reconciling ARrelated accounts.
Maintain accurate records in Netsuite and Salesforce ensuring all financial data is uptodate and accessible.
Communicate with clients to resolve any billing issues and follow up on outstanding payments.
Prepare regular AR aging reports and other financial reports as required by management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Qualifications as an AR Specialist:

35 years of experience in AR management invoicing and financial statement preparation.
Proficiency in Netsuite and Salesforce is required.
Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or a related field is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
Ability to work collaboratively with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
