Senior Business Analyst

• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish specific criteria by learning about their wants worries and operating environment.
  
• Collect arrange and combine a lot of data from many sources.
  
• Define and effectively identify business requirements and problems/issues so that a workable solution scope may be created.
  
• Maintain consensus on the scope of the solution among stakeholders and the project team requires effective stakeholder communication as well as conflict problem and change management.
  
• Help translate practical designs into business demands and provide product training as required.
  
• Find and close gaps evaluate the viability of suggested fixes and create models and documentation of business requirements.
  
• Determine the hazards connected to both the suggested solution and the alternative course of action.
  
• Collaborate closely with the Digital Product Owner (DPO) to comprehend the roadmap priorities and vision of the product; moreover manage and organize the product backlog.
  
• Make sure the team is aware of the backlog and product needs and that a highquality product is produced.
  

Requirements

• 3 years or more in business analysis.
  
• Fluent in English.
  
• Knowledge of the BABOK Knowledge Areas.
  
• Possessing knowledge or expertise in an Agile setting as well as strong reasoning critical thinking analytical thinking and problemsolving skills.
  
• Working knowledge of software development and technologyenabled transformation initiatives is advantageous.
  
• Possessing prior expertise creating and launching Digital Bank products is advantageous.
  
• Knowing the BA toolkit which includes Jira Confluence PlantUML MS Visio and other programs is advantageous.
