Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Lead Data Scientist with 510 years of experience to join our Data Analytics team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data science methodologies extensive experience in statistical modeling and machine learning and a strong track record of applying these skills to solve complex problems in the banking sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Data Analysis: Lead the analysis of large complex datasets to generate strategic insights and identify trends patterns and anomalies critical to banking operations and decisionmaking.
• Model Development & Deployment: Design develop implement and validate advanced predictive models and algorithms using cuttingedge statistical and machine learning techniques to drive business outcomes and innovation.
• Data Strategy & Governance: Develop and oversee data strategies ensuring data quality integrity security and compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
• Advanced Data Visualization: Create sophisticated data visualizations and dashboards to effectively communicate insights and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
• CrossFunctional Leadership: Lead and collaborate with crossfunctional teams including IT marketing finance and risk management to identify business needs and translate them into impactful datadriven solutions.
• Thought Leadership: Serve as a thought leader in data science driving innovation and adoption of emerging technologies and methodologies within the organization.
• Mentorship & Development: Mentor and develop junior data scientists and analysts fostering a culture of continuous learning collaboration and excellence.
• Reporting & Presentation: Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports and presentations on analytical findings model performance and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and other key stakeholders.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry trends advancements in data science and emerging technologies continuously seeking opportunities to enhance analytical capabilities and drive business value.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science Computer Science Statistics Mathematics or a related field. A Master’s or PhD degree is highly preferred.
• Experience: 510 years of handson experience in data science with a significant portion in the banking or financial services industry.
• Technical Skills:
  • Advanced proficiency in programming languages such as Python R or SQL.
  • Extensive experience with data visualization tools like Tableau Power BI or Matplotlib.
  • Deep expertise in machine learning frameworks and libraries such as scikitlearn TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • Strong understanding of database management systems data warehousing solutions and big data technologies.
• Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.
