Job Description
Our client is a fast growing experiential marketing agency in Lagos that handles several multinational accounts having
been recognized for excellent delivery and their capacity to provide lasting value they are well positioned to dominate the
experiential industry. Due to expansion they are in need of a CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER.
LOCATION: Ikeja Lagos
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handling the companys internal affairs.
- Overseeing the implementation of the companys strategies that are created by senior management.
- Spearheading new initiatives and will lead specific strategic imperatives including a planned rapid expansion and adoption of company processes.
- Collaborate with the CEO in setting and driving vision and operations strategy.
- Translate strategy into actionable steps for growth implementing organizationwide goal setting performance management and annual operations planning.
- Write and submit reports to the CEO in all matters of importance.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of Master s degree in Business Administration Marketing or any related field.
- 8 12 years of proven experience overseeing crossfunctional teams.
- Minimum of 8 years of professional management experience at a General Manager level or higher.
- Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development.
- Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.
- Ability to provide flexible and adaptable work schedules.
- Proven ability and experience developing budgets.
- Participative management approach with strong staff development skills.
- Must possess excellent judgment problemsolving multitasking and decisionmaking skills.
