Executive Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's brand and messaging guidelines.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with multiple stakeholders.
• Deliver high performance in communicating with clients.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure tasks are completed promptly.
• Edit and design different types of content.
• Work directly with the Department Head and perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Finance and Accounting related studies.
• 2-4 years of work experience in related fields.
• Excellent English command in writing, reading, and speaking.
• Great managerial and organizational skills with excellent customer handling skills.
• Excellent technical skills in Microsoft Office suite, Google suite, Canva, and AI tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and soft skills.
