Job Description
As a Senior DAta Analyst you will
- Provide ongoing diagnostic analysis of platform adoption, engagement, and capability performance for executive-facing audience
- Lead analyses and making recommendations directly to leadership that will influence the strategic direction of our business
- Develop end-to-end solutions and models to support business case creation, strategic planning, feature enhancement and optimize client experience across servicing, acquisition, and deepening
- Driving the design, implementation & support of our data systems, including interactive models/visualizations and self-service analytics to support business intelligence and decision making
- Preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, and quality standards; resolving problems; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change
- Identify cutting edge tools to improve our business processes and enable better decision-making
- Translate strategy into actionable goals for performance and growth, performance management, and annual planning
- Partners across organization to deliver an integrated strategy focused on digital adoption, engagement, deepening and personalization
