Job Description

We are hiring a Key Account Manager for our client in the ecommerce sector!
Please see the requirements below

Role Description:

The role will require retaining existing clients and key customers through the strategic goals set out
by the company. The candidate will be responsible to be customer facing and the main point of
contact.

Responsibilities:
o Conducting needs analysis on an ongoing basis.
o Monitoring pricing and promotions and end user exitpricing.
o Keeping up to date with pricing in the market.
o Increase volume of products sold.
o Adhoc ordering of stock.
o Weekly analysis of dispo’s
o Continuous monitoring of stock reports: sales/rate of sale/stock status/aged stock.
o Liaison with merchandising companies.
o Promotional planning – space planning PI labels visual displays.
o Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to Directors and Senior Management using key
account metrics
o Upsell and grow assigned channels / retailers.
o Complete Deal Plans for all focus deals with clear execution strategies and complete margin analysis
– Gross and Nett % calculation

Job Duties:
o Establish and maintain a professional relationship with clients.
o Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet
their objectives.
o Coordinate with various teams within our organisation so that the customer’s expectations are
met. (Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams)
o Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into longlasting relationships.
o Help develop initiatives to increase customer satisfaction and retention.
o Assist all teams to meet financial targets and growth objectives.
o Be part of the discussion with management with regards to company strategic planning.
o Manage any project given beginning to end – project management.
o Take a client’s requirements and assist with plans to meet those requirements.
o Excellent organizational skills.
o Ability in problemsolving and negotiation.
o Obtain all necessary signoffs for all proposals promo’s etc before communicating these to the
customer.
o Review revenue progress pipeline strategic opportunities blockers and next steps as required with
Senior Managers / Directors.
o Adhere to all Stingray processes and policies and maintain customer confidentiality at all times.
o Ensure all Stingray brands and corporate values are evident to the customer at all times.
o Understand and adhere to the Stingray Vision and our Values.
o Manage vendor accounts to ensure effective display of products in retail stores.
o Daily checks on implementation of promo’s / special pricing.
o Ensuring the best possible visual marketing of all Stingray Brands.
o Understand planograms and how to create implement and maintain.
o Live and comply with the Stingray core beliefs and culture.
