Job Description
Responsible for the project management of validation site initiatives that support site business strategies. The Project Manager collaborates with the manufacturing site leaders in partnering with the relevant business areas to coordinate of strategic projects effectively. This individual combines the expertise of project management resource acquisition maintaining and tracking project budgets and site compliance and integration.
Manage all aspects of projects: planning implementation monitoring completion and followup.
Manage competing timelines and prioritize critical tasks.
Elish and achieve project standards for work quality and quantity.
ess project issues and develop solutions to meet scientific productivity quality and client satisfaction goals and objectives.
ist in technical financial and organizational issues by researching issues providing recommendations and maintaining doent archives.
Requirements
- BS or advanced degree in Engineering field
- Strong proficiency in Project Management with more than 5 years experience of guiding projects.
- Ss handling multiple responsibilities priorities tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication ss (written oral presentation) negotiation influencing and relationship ss along with high personal integrity credibility and energy at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work toward enterprise goals using influence rather than control and fostering a work environment based on trust sharing and collaboration.
- Experience in regulated environments.
